• Payment Terms - Commission orders will only be accepted if accompanied by a 30% non-refundable deposit.  The balance is due upon delivery of the completed commission.  Prints, gift certificates, notecards and non-commissioned artwork must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
• Fees - Fees are as per current published price list.  A quote for non-standard commissions will be supplied and adhered to for that particular commission.
• Completion Date - A time frame will be given at the time of ordering, with every effort to comply, however should not be regarded as an absolute guarantee.
•  Delivery - Finished pieces will be delivered in person by myself whereever possible. If mailed, original artwork will be insured and printed material will be by standard post.
• Adjustments - Customer satisfaction is very important to me.  Reasonable adjustments to finished artwork will be carried out free of charge.  Unforeseen adjustments or any that deviate from the agreed commission will carry an additional charge.  Please remember, my work is guaranteed.
• Third party reference photos - The responsiblitily is upon the client to obtain permission from the copyright holder of the source material and provide proof at the time of ordering.
• Gift Certificates - Gift certificates will expire 12 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
